By purchasing, downloading, or using these loops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Usage Rights

You are permitted to use these loops to create beats and musical compositions for both online and offline

distribution.

2. Royalty & Collaboration Terms

These loops are not royalty-free. You must: - Add AUDIOCRACKERR as a collaborator on BeatStars with a

50/50 revenue split, and - Credit AUDIOCRACKERR as: [Your Name] x Audiocrackerr.

3. Sales Outside BeatStars

If you intend to sell or distribute beats containing these loops on platforms other than BeatStars, you must

contact AUDIOCRACKERR in advance to mutually agree upon royalty and revenue splits.

4. Major Placements & Commercial Releases

If a beat containing these loops is placed in a major release, commercial project, or licensed to an artist,

label, film, TV, or advertisement, you must contact AUDIOCRACKERR prior to release to discuss: -

Publishing splits - Mechanical royalties - Master royalties - Proper credit allocation

5. License Type

You are granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use these loops in your productions. All profits and

royalties generated must be shared with AUDIOCRACKERR according to the agreed terms outlined above.

6. Credit Requirement

Proper credit to AUDIOCRACKERR is mandatory across all platforms, including streaming services, sales

platforms, promotional materials, and metadata where the beat is used or sold.

7. Prohibited Use (Additional Clause)

You may not resell, sublicense, share, or distribute these loops as standalone files or as part of any competing

loop kit, sample pack, or sound library.
