Night and Day is a popular song by Cole Porter that was written for the 1932 musical Gay Divorce. It is perhaps Porter's most popular contribution to the Great American Songbook and has been recorded by dozens of musicians. I already brought you a version of Django, but this is the version from the year 1953 months before dying, in which we can appreciate the enormous genius of Django when it comes to improvising and playing the same song in many different ways.
