One piece of content, every platform, every week — the documented pipeline one San Antonio creator used to turn his own catalog into 138 narrated videos, 46 thirty-second clips, and a weekly podcast, written down as a system you run on your content, under your brand.

$497 — one-time. Digital download.

You don't have a content problem. You have a system problem.

You make the thing — the book, the course, the recipes, the lessons — and then it sits there, because turning it into a week of posts, videos, clips, and a podcast episode, every week, is a second job you never applied for.

This kit is the system one creator built to do exactly that job, at zero spend, on a catalog that passed 200 listings: Fast, Cheap & Confident, by Jerry Madrigal of San Antonio, Texas. Not a theory course. The actual pipeline, documented while it ran:

- 138 finished narrated videos — verified on disk, 2026-11-02: step-by-step videos with on-screen text cards and full narration, in the vertical format TikTok, Reels, and Shorts run on

- 46 thirty-second clips, cut in one batch factory from those videos — 18 + 14 + 14 across three series — feeding a daily clip post at a fixed time

- A written weekly cadence that runs whether it's a good week or a bad one: a daily clip, a back-catalog upload slot, platform posts on set days, a Friday podcast, a Sunday letter

- An 8-episode podcast (English and Spanish) built from the same source content — script, narration, show notes, RSS distribution

Those numbers document output — proof the system exists and ran. They are not a promise about views, followers, sales, or income, for Jerry or for you. Read the Honest Page below before you buy.

Inside the kit:

1. The Content Autopilot Field Guide — the core of this kit, a standalone guide written for this system: the system map, content atoms, narrated-video production, the clip factory, cadence & scheduling, the podcast workflow, store links & campaigns, QA, the weekly metrics hour, and the automation boundaries — ending in a 30-day implementation plan that takes you from inventory to a running cadence, one week at a time.

2. Six working templates — Content Atom Sheet · Clip Log + Rotation Sheet · Weekly Cadence Planner · Podcast Episode Worksheet + Show-Notes Template · Pre-Post QA Checklist · Weekly Scorecard Sheet.

Referenced, not included: the Field Guide points to two companion products — The Seller Masterclass ($97) and the Ops Toolkit ($15). They are referenced in the guide but are not included in this kit; each is sold separately and linked as its own product, so no buyer should assume either one is bundled here.

Who this is for: a creator or digital seller who already has (or is finishing) a product or a repeatable topic, and wants a repeatable way to turn it into video, clips, posts, and a podcast without a team or an ad budget.

Who this is NOT for: anyone looking for Jerry's videos, recipes, audience, or accounts (none of that is in here — see below), anyone wanting content posted for them (that's the Built-For-You tier, separately), and anyone who needs a result guaranteed. No system can honestly promise you that, and this one doesn't try.

One distinction, because the two share a shelf and a price: this kit moves your content OUT to every platform. Its sibling, the DM Lead Engine ($497), brings leads IN. Different jobs, same price — buy the one your bottleneck matches.

The Honest Page:

- This kit teaches a method and gives you templates. It does not include Jerry's recipe videos or clips — licensing his actual video files is a separate offer and is not part of this kit, as a bonus or otherwise.

- It does not include Jerry's accounts, his scheduled automations, his passwords, his email list, his followers, his brand, or his catalog. You build the system on your accounts, with your content, under your name — the guide's security chapter shows you how to keep it that way.

- It makes no promise that posts will be published for you, that any platform will approve or distribute anything, or that you will gain followers, views, sales, or income. Platforms set their own rules, and they change; the guide is written to the method — queue, cadence, human approval — so it survives a platform changing its buttons.

- "Autopilot" in the title means a documented cadence with scheduled pieces and human approval gates — the way Jerry's own system actually runs, including his own short human touches on posting days. It does not mean hands-off, and it does not mean set-it-and-forget-it.

- Jerry's videos use an AI text-to-speech narration voice and AI-generated food imagery as illustration. The guide says so plainly and teaches the same honesty rule Jerry's stores run on: illustration is never presented as a photograph of a real cooked dish.
