✧ Instructions ✧
To use the item:
・Access the template link. You will get a copy of the template.
・Input the current date and your current mood:
- you can encircle your mood using the pen tool or use a circle element.
(If a physical copy has been obtained, just use your trusty pen or pencil 😉)
・Change the color and text of the medicine legend (in the water-intake section) as you see fit.
・Change the colors of the cells with respect to the time they need to be taken.
・Each column represents 0 to 15 minutes interval, each row represents 1 whole hour.
- e.g. first cell of first row has range of 6:00 - 6:15 AM, next cell is 6:16 - 6:30 AM so on and so forth
・After taking your medicine, change the color of the respective cell to a darker hue (like black!) to represent that a medicine has been taken.
(or, if you have printed a physical copy, cross out the respective cell to represent a medicine has been taken)
・You can update the amount of the water you have taken.
- for women: usually 8 cups (2L) of water daily is the recommended amount
- for men: usually 10 cups (2.6L) of water daily is the recommended amount
- for kids: usually 6 cups (900mL) of water daily is the recommended amount
・Update your notes if necessary (in the reminders section).
