After I have received your email and checked the order+payment, then I will do the reading and send it to you within 36 hours. 

You will receive an email with a pdf including your reading in text format + pictures of your cards. 

Remember to download this document. After i have sent it to you I delete the document from my server.

Please send an email back to me so I know that you have received your reading. 

I will never give out any information about you or your reading. 

Refunds are not available. 

Type of questions I will not do:

Details about your or someone else's death. 

Questions about pregnancy. 

Questions about cheating. 

Yes or no questions. 

Questions about other people than yourself. 

Questions that do not offer a good vibe for me. 

I have the right to decline a reading at any time if I see that it's not right for me to do the reading(this very rarely happens).

Sometimes I will change the format of the question so it fits, for example:

I'll change it to the following:
