The Magnificat Made Simple

Mary's song — the humble lifted, the hungry filled. This Bible-first guide walks verse by verse through Mary's song in Luke 1:46-55: the soul that magnifies the Lord, the spirit that rejoices in God our Savior, the lowly handmaiden regarded with mercy, the mighty arm of God scattering the proud, putting down the mighty and exalting the lowly, filling the hungry and sending the rich away empty, and the covenant mercy remembered to Abraham and his seed forever. Twelve chapters, fourteen reflection questions for personal study or group discussion, plus a closing prayer. More from Kimani Upshur: https://kimaniupshur.com
