About Me
Hello! I’m Cori, a Registered Dietitian, specializing in functional nutrition and is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. I enjoy running & hiking in the mountains, rock climbing, strength training, pilates and cooking delicious & nourishing meals in my kitchen. However, with all this activity, I began to experience symptoms that hindered my performance and caused various issues in my body. That’s when I discovered that identifying the root cause was key to addressing everything.
I help active women who eat well and train hard by helping them uncover the root causes of their fatigue, bloating, and poor recovery through a focus on gut health and mineral balancing.
