Inquiry to Booking Kit for Solo Service Businesses

Keep customer inquiries, estimates and next actions in one simple workflow.

The Inquiry to Booking Kit gives solo service-business owners editable tools for recording requests, preparing estimates and planning follow-up. Customize the files for your work and reuse them.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

• An Excel workbook with 100 prepared inquiry rows, stage choices and calculated follow-up indicators.

• A calculator for up to 10 estimate line items, with a dollar discount and a single tax rate.

• An editable Word document with setup instructions, an inquiry worksheet and a customer estimate template.

• Twelve customer messages covering inquiries, estimates, follow-up, booking, changes, completion and feedback.

• A worked calculator example and a license for use within one business.

HOW IT WORKS

Record a request, prepare an estimate, then choose a next action and date. Filter the tracker to find inquiries due for attention. Copy a message, adapt it and send it through your usual communication method.

BEFORE BUYING

This is a digital download containing .xlsx, .docx and .md files. You need compatible spreadsheet and word-processing software; software is not included. The files were created for Microsoft Excel and Word. Other applications have not been verified. Desktop use is recommended for the wide inquiry table.

The kit does not send messages or reminders and does not connect to your inbox, calendar or payment tools. Booked value is accepted estimate value, not collected revenue. The estimate calculator applies one tax rate to the subtotal after discount; it does not handle mixed taxable and exempt items.

This is a one-time purchase of version 1.0. Ongoing updates and custom setup are not included. No sales outcome is promised.

LICENSE

For use within one business, including employees. You may customize the templates and send completed estimates and messages to customers. Reselling or redistributing the source files is not permitted. Consultant use across multiple client businesses is not included.
