[DT] Calfskin Cap Edits

Calfskin Rider's cap edits updated for Dawntrail. Slightly upscaled model and textures.

For all except Hroth (sorry). Viera need hat compat hair for proper work.

Cap is dyeable, the rest can be edited via colorset.
