Steamed Tofu

Steamed Tofu originated in three Countries namely China, Japan and Korea and seems to have been very popular amongst the Buddhist Monks who during their travels introduced it to many different Countries and Cultures around the World.
Tofu is a vegetarian meal that is steamed so as to retain all the nutritional elements of the food, this is not a hot meal but chilli can be added if desired.
