After purchasing, you will receive a text file with instructions on how to obtain a personalized banner.

Please join my discord server and start a ticket so I can get started on your commission.

INFO I NEED FROM YOU:

• Name you want on the banner 
• 3-5 good quality images of the preferred avatar(s) you’ve taken 
• If you prefer dark or light themes
• Pick 2-4 colors for me to play around with (may end up using 1 or all)
• If wanting any specific theme, please let me know (i.e. galaxy, clouds, gothic, etc.)
• Any other requests can be discussed as well

TERMS OF SERVICE:

• All sales are final, no refunds
• Please do not claim my work as your own
• Please do not edit over my edits
• Credit me when posting or asked about commission
• Payment required in order to receive final product
• Turn around time is 3-5 business days (usually quicker)
• I will ensure you are satisfied with the work before finishing the project by asking if you'd prefer any changes
• Future edit requests on the same commission are not allowed unless special circumstances occur
• I have the right to refuse any request

If you did not purchase directly from my shop you are not allowed to use my products.
