Ghost Syntax - Founders Edition Hardback

Ghost Syntax is the debut speculative fiction collection by Eugenia Byney. Across ten near-future stories, it explores pervasive AI systems, surveillance, autonomy, resistance and the increasingly uncertain boundary between human and machine.

This special advance hardback edition is available by pre-publication subscription. Each Founder copy will:

• be signed by Eugenia Byney

• feature original drawings created specially by the author for the hardback

• include the subscriber’s name in a printed list of Founding Supporters within the book

By subscribing, Founding Supporters will help make the first hardback edition possible. The final production details will be determined once the subscription period has closed, allowing the support received to be invested directly in making the edition as beautiful and distinctive as possible.

The subscription period ends on 31 August 2026. Founder copies will be sent to subscribers in October 2026, ahead of the publication of the paperback and eBook editions by Amaurea Press on 3 December 2026.

After subscribing, you will receive a personal email from Amaurea Press asking how you would like your name to appear in the printed list of Founding Supporters. Supporters may also choose to remain anonymous.
