Please include your full name when prompted during purchase. This allows me to verify payment and complete your reading.
If I'm unable to complete your reading during the LIVE, you'll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Readings are done in the order payment is received.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Every reading is an energy exchange. Therefore payments received for completed readings are non-refundable.
You must be present during the LIVE to receive your reading. Those not present for the reading during the LIVE will forfeit payment. I will notify during the LIVE when I am closing out.
If I am unable to get to your reading during the LIVE, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days per PayPal's official time frame.
