In Knots For You by Persephone Autumn is a fun and very spicy short story. In a scene in Fractured Night, Delilah is working at the bookstore and a reader is looking for an erotic short story for their book club read. In Knots For You is mentioned and luckily for us, Persephone decided she wanted to write the short story being talked about.
We meet Seline, Lana and Clyde who are a throuple, living out in the open in the small town they have recently moved to. Seline and Clyde are dominants who have found their perfect submissive in Lana. Each of them brings something to the other two and they enjoy a consensual, loving and romantic relationship together. They are all committed to their relationship and love pleasing each other regardless of other people’s opinions. The story highlights how people don’t understand how or why 3 people can be in a romantic relationship. It shows how the throuple cope with the town’s attitude towards their lifestyle. I loved the surprise they get one night at the club they frequent and how understanding they are to other people trying to work out what lifestyle they want to follow.
The main thing that stood out for me, is it’s a story about accepting others exactly as they are because love is love, whoever you find it with.
