Campfire Blanket

Measurements:

61"/155 cm long and 39"/99 cm wide, after blocking.


Yarn:

Brooklyn Tweed Dapple, DK weight, 60% merino wool/40% organic cotton (165 yards/150 meters per 50g skein). Two strands of the same colorway are held together throughout the pattern.


An approximate total of 4,000 yards in the following colorways:

  • Canopy (C1): 396 yds/3 skeins
  • Anchor (C2): 1,010 yds/7 skeins
  • Blueprint (C3): 528 yds/4 skeins
  • Cosmos (C4): 528 yds/4 skeins
  • Plinth (C5): 340 yds/3 skeins
  • Cerise (C6): 340 yds/3 skeins
  • Honeycrisp (C7): 264 yds/2 skeins
  • Medallion (C8): 198 yds/2 skeins
  • Seafoam (C9): 396 yds/3 skeins


Feel free to substitute yarn! A note on finding alternates is included in the pattern.


Needles: 

US 9 (5.5mm) 40"circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. The length of the cord is not crucial, so long as the full 39" width of the blanket can fit comfortably on the circulars.


Tools: 

Tapestry needle to weave in ends.
