The alpha fracture- book 1 of the final firmament

The Alpha Fracture

Book One of the Final Firmament

By Zachary Blessing

The sky is beginning to crack. Beyond it, something ancient is waiting.

Across the world, compasses spin without direction. Children dream of a black ocean above the stars. Rain falls upward, and shapes move behind clouds that seem to press closer to the earth.

For the man known as the Observer, these impossible events become a summons when Auren the Scribe steps through a fracture in his room.

The truth is terrifying: the universe exists within a fragile boundary called the Firmament. Beyond it lie the primordial Waters—and ancient hungers that have waited outside creation for ages. Now that boundary is failing, and the force holding it together is approaching its limit.

As his familiar world descends into terror, the Observer’s first instinct is to help the people around him. But an ancient Order has watched him across lifetimes, preparing for a responsibility he never asked to carry. His forgotten past may hold the key to facing a collapse that threatens every living world.

Blending cosmic horror, spiritual mystery, and science fantasy, The Alpha Fracture begins an apocalyptic saga of awakening, hidden knowledge, and the human struggle to preserve mercy beneath a breaking sky.
