EU AI Act Article 5 prohibits AI systems using subliminal techniques to influence consumer behaviour, AI exploiting vulnerabilities of specific groups including minors, and AI manipulating behaviour against users' will. These are live prohibitions that CMOs must review their current martech stack against, immediately.
