Charlie Pullover crochet pattern

The Charlie Pullover does not have a classical body-skimming fit. Because of all the chunky texture, the fit is slightly slouchy, offset with a fitted waist. The sleeves are loose and with all that thick chunky texture from the thousands of popcorns, it is the pullover that makes you want to hug yourself in.

We have a loose fit around the chest as well, but decrease the stitches after the bust, so that the pullover fits snugly around the waist. It is designed to stop at the waist, making this perfect for all of you who like to wear high-waisted pants, and don’t like to tuck in your handmade crochet sweaters because of the snagging potential. But, feel free to continue without decreasing stitches if you don’t like a fitted waist. Not a fan of short tops? Make more rounds.

This pullover is designed to help you use up your yarn scraps. But roughly, prepare at least this amount of yarn

XS/ US 0-2/ EUR30-32: 450g

S/ US 4-6/ EUR34-36: 500g

M/ US 8-10/ EUR 38-40: 550g

L/ US 12-14/ EUR 42-44: 600g

XL/ US 16-18/ EUR 44-46: 650g
