These are the Topaz Video AI + Sharpen settings I use for my edits, made to help you get a cleaner, sharper and higher-quality result without overdoing the details.

Requirements:

• Adobe After Effects 2020 or newer
• Topaz Video AI — I personally use version 3.4.3
