Mindful Senses Walk Worksheet
One of the best ways to slow our mind & body down and to be in the present, is to tune in to our senses. Taking a walk in nature is already very calming & grounding but when you’re tasked with paying attention to things you see, hear & feel, it forces you to slow down and really be present and it helps get you out of your head and into your body. A present mind is free from anxiety. This worksheet gets us into the practice of mindfulness which can help reduce anxiety.
