"Building an Ecosystem is a journal focusing on amplifying Northern Virginia's creative voices. Through written and visual art, this is a snapshot of how our community chooses to express themselves without a strict theme. In fact, the only prompts are: (A) live in Northern Virginia and (B) keep it PG-13!

Volume 1 rolls out the red carpet by offering a professionally printed patchwork of poetry, photography, illustrations, and short stories suitable for any audience. Limited to a run of 500 physical copies, all earnings for this project go toward its contributors and locally-owned distributors."
