“A mother’s love will bloom evermore’
The Evermore Bloom Heirloom Shawl is
a pretty, up to 96 point round ripple, featuring a sweet starflower centre.
Materials needed:
Evermore Bloom was designed using a 4 ply/fingering/1 weight yarn.
The finished size of the 96 point sample is 120cm using a 3mm hook and 1950m of Cotton King Twirl Deluxe (2 cakes).
You could also use a Scheepjes Whirl and two whirlettes or Cotton king twister and 2 twister solids.
Cover photo is a 48 point sample which is 100cm using Scheepjes whirl 1000m (1 cake) and 4.5mm hook.
You can however use any weight yarn you would like and the corresponding hook.
Meterage will vary.
Stitch markers.
Wool/darning needle.
Recommended Hook size:
3-4 mm for 4ply
3.5-4.5 mm for 8ply
4-5.5 for 10ply
Or hook appropriate for your chosen yarn weight

Dc: Double crochet
Sc: Single crochet
Bl: Back loop ie bldc = back loop double crochet
Ch: Chain
Skp: Skip stitch
Sl st: Slip stitch
Ch-sp: Chain space
