To import the bank in Magellan 2, press the bank file in the email and the iOS share menu will open. Tap the Magellan 2 icon and Magellan 2 will launch and the bank will be imported. Alternatively, the bank can be copied to the Magellan 2 folder in the Files App and from it, pressing the bank icon will also import it.
