A playful yet intentional journey toward Dragonfly (Dragonfly Twist / Parsva Bakasana variation). We’ll prepare the body through smart hip opening, twisting, and core activation so the peak pose feels like a natural evolution rather than something forced. This class isn’t about “achieving” the pose — it’s about exploring new ways to organize your body and building trust in your strength and balance.

Expect creative transitions, strong foundations, and space to experiment.

Movement has always been my way of coming back to myself. As a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of education and a passion for creative, strength-focused flows, I guide practices that help you feel capable, grounded, and present. My classes combine challenge and clarity, so you can grow in your practice without losing the connection to how it feels in your body.
