• Notes and Resources - meeting notes, ideas, and reference material, linked to the Project or Task they support, with a field for outside links.
• Time Logs - real work sessions with start and end times, duration calculated automatically, rolled up to each Task.
• Time Blocks - planned calendar slots tagged by Energy Level, so you schedule work when you'll actually have the focus for it.
