THE THREE BLANKS THAT MATTER

There are fill-in spaces for their name, how many dummies there were, and the one detail only the fairies could have noticed — the blue one with the chewed edge, the one that lived in the car seat. That last one is what makes a three-year-old believe it.

WHY THIS ONE

Most fairy letters just say thank you. Ours tells your child where the dummy went in a way that closes the door: Ditch turns it into a star, and nobody gets a star back. Then it tells them that missing it is allowed. That single line is the difference between a proud child and a confused one.
