Jamie Hotchkiss and her friends return to Knapp University for their sophomore year of college. With everything having returned to normal following the chaos of their freshman year, the girls are looking forward to what may hopefully be a normal college life.

A normal college life is not on the horizon, however, as some students on campus begin collaring others as slaves, leading to a rise in Dominant/submissive relationships at the school. KU's administrative staff soon recognizes the legitimacy of Mistresses and their slavegirls, only under the condition that slavegirls consented to being collared.

Despite all this, some students don't want to abide by the school's rules. And when the egos of different Mistresses start to clash, one could only imagine how things may get out of hand.
