Learn How to Create the Tie-dye, Monster and Donut Cakes!

In this course you can learn how to create three different cake designs at three different skill levels. The Tie-dye cake is the easiest design where you will learn how to use white chocolate ganache to create a tie-dye swirl drip along the top and sides of your cake. The Monster Cake is at a medium level of difficulty where we will pipe a furry texture with buttercream and use cake balls as eyes to create an adorable fluffy monster! The Donut cake is the most difficult design where you will carve a rounded donut shape with cake and top it off with pink ganache icing topped with rainbow sprinkles. With each cake we will go through the entire process step-by-step from baking, to frosting and decorating. By the end of this course you will improve your skill level and have an adorable cake to show off!
