When one thinks of habits, they usually think of bad ones. What about good ones? What would happen if, instead of trying to conquer our bad habits we doubled down and spent our efforts developing good habits instead?

That's precisely why we made this Happy Life Challenge. A habit is developed by repetition. When you repeat the same actions or ideas 21 days in a row a habit forms. So, we put together 7 simple and fun Happy Hacks that you listen to and focus on once a day, like Happy medication. Then in the next 2 consecutive weeks you can either repeat the same 7 two more times, or you can pick and choose which ones you would like to focus on and repeat. Imagine in only 3 weeks you could be living a Happier life, even when bad things happen!
