Reflect & Nurture was actually created from my own experience of being a small business owner. When I first started, I felt so overwhelmed trying to do everything and reach everyone and not seeing the results I hoped for. So I went back to basics: understanding who I’m here to help, what I offer, the problems it solves, and where to show up without stretching myself too thin. Focusing on these simple things helped me share my work more clearly, build my community, and reach lots of lovely makers and creators. It’s something I still return to and now I’ve brought it all together for you in this workbook.
