Herringbone Hexagonal Scarf

The Herringbone Hexagonal Scarf begins with a center out square of Quaker Welt, then binds off two edges. The Rib and Welt Diagonals pattern is worked across the last two edges of the square until it is bound off.

The ends of the scarf have different patterns, but the same shape. For those who have enjoyed the Herringbone Parallelogram Scarf, or the Herringbone Rectangular Scarf, here is a new construction.

Like those two scarfs, the instructions are written for fingering (sport, dk, worsted) weights of yarn, so use what you have!
