This is a six-month one-on-one coaching program with Dennis Bradford, Ph.D. — philosopher, certified life coach, and certified energy healer with over 30 years of daily meditation practice.
Eighteen scheduled sessions plus six flex sessions — all 50 minutes, all one-on-one.
Phase 1 — Months 1 and 2: Foundation Solidify the Peace Bridge Method and a daily no-thought practice. Identify the prolonged unwanted emotions causing the most damage. Calibrate your initial level on Hawkins's Map of Consciousness. Establish a baseline in each of four life areas: emotional, relational, physical, and financial.
Phase 2 — Months 3 and 4: Expansion Apply Presence to the life area with the most friction. Deepen the practice beyond formal sessions. Learn Hawkins's Map of Consciousness as a personal navigation tool.
Phase 3 — Months 5 and 6: Integration and Independence Address remaining life areas. Build the post-program practice structure you will sustain alone. Final calibration reading — before and after comparison.
The six flex sessions may be used for a hard week, a specific crisis, a deeper dive, or a celebration. Bank them and use within six months of completing the program.
Bonuses: two paperback books mailed at the start, one additional book mailed at Month 3, and two bonus sessions usable within twelve months of completing the program. All books written by Dr. Bradford and chosen specifically for you.

Question 1: How do I schedule my first session? Answer: After purchase I will contact you within 24 hours on a weekday at the email address you used at checkout to schedule your first session. Please check your inbox.
Question 2: What is your refund policy? Answer: Full refund if cancelled before Month 1 Session 1. No cash refund after that point. In cases of genuine hardship a one-time pause of up to 60 days may be granted at Dennis's discretion.
Question 3: What does a typical session look like? Answer: Each session is 50 minutes by video call. Sessions are focused and practical — not open-ended conversation. You will always leave with something specific to practice before the next session.
