This ReWire guides you down through layers of calm, soothing, gentle relaxation. Supporting your nervous system to recognise that it is safe to rest.

There is no formal awakening at the end of this recording. It is designed to be played as you settle in for the night, allowing you to fall asleep naturally before it finishes.

What to expect

How to use it

Find a comfortable position in bed, turn off the lights, and press play as you prepare to sleep. Use headphones or listen from your phone or device, whichever you find most comfortable. You do not need to do anything except listen and allow.
