General preparation is an important phase for any athlete. It will help prepare your body and mind for the more specific strength and power work to come. It will help create a solid base targeting to full body. The programme intensity is medium level and is designed for a non gym environment with the youth tennis athlete in mind

Tennis players require a multi-faceted approach to development and it starts here. This is a 6-8 week programme to be done 2-3 times a week. Programme included video demonstations for easy to follow guidance.
