LEGAL AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF PRE-MADE ITINERARIES

This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between His Hers & Ours Travel ("Seller") and the purchaser ("Customer") upon the purchase of a pre-made travel itinerary (the "Itinerary"). By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Purchase

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase price of $35 is for the Itinerary only. The Itinerary includes recommendations for lodging, activities, dining, and other travel-related services, along with the estimated prices at the time the Itinerary was created. However, the listed prices are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. The Seller does NOT guarantee that the listed prices will be available at the time of booking. The cost of any lodging, activities, dining, transportation, or other services is not included in the purchase price of the Itinerary and must be booked and purchased separately by the Customer.

2. Customer Responsibility

The Customer is solely responsible for booking and purchasing any recommended lodging, activities, dining, transportation, or other services listed in the Itinerary. The availability, pricing, and terms of such services are subject to change and are not guaranteed by His Hers & Ours Travel. The Seller is not responsible for any changes in availability or pricing.

3. No Liability for Third-Party Services

The Seller acts solely as a provider of travel planning services and recommendations. The Seller does not own, operate, or control any of the third-party vendors, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, or activity operators listed in the Itinerary. The Seller is not liable for any cancellations, delays, overbookings, or dissatisfaction related to third-party services. Any issues must be addressed directly with the service provider.

4. Non-Refundable Purchase

All Itinerary sales are final and non-refundable once the Itinerary is delivered. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided if the Customer is unable to book or participate in any of the recommended services.

5. Modification of Itinerary

The Seller reserves the right to update or modify any information in the Itinerary based on changes in availability or pricing at the time of booking. However, once delivered, the Customer is responsible for verifying availability and booking terms directly with the recommended vendors.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Itinerary, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Customer confirms they have read and understand that the Seller is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages related to the booking or use of the recommended services.
