INCLUDED

Version 0.1 of the standalone HTML tool, quick-start instructions and two sample CSV files, delivered as a ZIP. Open the HTML file in a current desktop browser. No installation, subscription or paid API is required. Your price lists are processed locally by the tool.

REQUIREMENTS

UTF-8 CSV/TSV files, up to 5 MB and 20,000 rows per file. Exact, case-sensitive SKU matching; outer spaces are ignored. Use the same currency and tax basis in both lists. Decimal point and decimal comma formats are supported through an explicit setting.

LIMITATIONS

XLSX, PDF extraction, currency conversion, fuzzy matching and inventory integrations are not included. Gross margin uses only your entered supplier cost and selling price; add freight, duties, discounts and other costs separately. Review flagged data before updating prices. This one-time purchase covers version 0.1 and does not promise future releases or custom integrations.
