Flow Freely Healing Mini Series – Vol. 3

💧 Why Practice Matters

The lymphatic system doesn’t move on its own. Unlike the heart, it has no pump.

It relies on YOU — your breath, your movement, your rest, and your rituals.

When you’re intentional about clearing the lymph, you’re not just detoxing physically.

You’re spiritually saying: “I’m ready to let go.”

🌀 1. Daily Movement (Even 10 Minutes)

  • Rebounding (mini trampoline): 3–10 minutes a day can awaken the lymph system like nothing else.
  • Lymphatic stretching: Gentle twists, neck rolls, side bends, and hip circles help open the channels.
  • Walking in sunlight: Bonus points if barefoot on soil (aka grounding).

📝 Tip: Start your day with 5 deep breaths, light stretches, and a walk outside. That alone can activate stagnant lymph.

🪮 2. Dry Brushing (Before Showering)

What it does: Stimulates lymph nodes and moves toxins to exit points (groin, armpits, neck).

How to do it:

  • Use a natural-bristle brush
  • Always brush toward the heart
  • Start at feet, work up the legs, belly, arms, chest
  • Use small, upward strokes

🕒 Best time: Before your morning shower or before bed. Only takes 3–5 minutes.

🌿 3. Castor Oil Packs (Womb, Liver, or Abdomen)

Castor oil penetrates deeply into the lymph and helps break up congestion, especially in the gut and womb space.

How to use:

  • Soak flannel in warm castor oil
  • Apply to abdomen, cover with towel or wrap
  • Place heating pad on top
  • Rest for 30–45 minutes
  • Do 3–5 nights a week during cleansing phases

🛑 Do not use during menstruation or pregnancy.

✋🏾 4. Lymphatic Self-Massage

You can activate your lymph nodes gently with your hands.

Focus areas:

  • Sides of neck
  • Under the jaw
  • Armpits
  • Groin
  • Behind knees
  • Inner thighs

Use light, circular motion. Pair with deep breathing.

💆🏽‍♀️ Bonus tip: Add a few drops of calendula or ginger-infused oil while massaging.

🌬️ 5. Deep Belly Breathing

Breath is a free lymph mover. The diaphragm helps pump fluid through your torso and detox organs.

Simple practice:

  • Inhale deeply into your belly for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Exhale slowly for 6–8 seconds
  • Do this 5–10 rounds, morning and night

You’ll feel your nervous system calm — and your lymph will thank you.

🪷 6. Energetic Flow self care (Optional)

If you carry grief, emotional tension, or trauma in your tissues, your lymph may reflect it.

Try this once per week:

  • Sit in warm bath (add sea salt + ginger)
  • Say aloud: “I release all stagnant energy. My body flows. My truth is free.”
  • Visualize heaviness draining through your feet
  • Journal or breathe after

🌀 You are not just cleansing cells — you are cleansing history.
