This base is free to use for the Noctiluxscal species only.

MAKE SURE YOU FARMILIARIZE YOUR SELF WITH THE SPECIES RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE CREATING!

This base is PSD format with a variety of open swappable traits for customization. (base layers may need to be moved around to look correctly depending on the trait.)

RULES OF USE

Upon purchasing you will be granted access the use of the bases. 

you may use the line art to color in to make and sell Adoptable designs, customs. For any currency or use for your own personal characters/design.

Edits are allowed WITHIN the species rules and regulations you cannot change the base beyond recognition, nor can it be used for other species-its Noctiluxscals only.

You can NOT remove my signature/base credit and you must credit me for the line art when uploading/posting anywhere, please credit in the post's description. ("Base by Commander Danse" is acceptable) You can NOT claim the line work as your own.

You can NOT sell or redistribute the line art/base itself. (Only the individual who purchases/downloads this base can use the line work)
