About the Course

Keep Walking, Keep Moving takes you on a walking journey over 4 weeks. Walking is a great form of exercise that you can do at your own pace and in your own time. Like any exercise program, it may be hard to stay motivated. If you are new to walking or you are experienced at getting out and getting your walk on, this program is for you. We are helping provide you with the tools and motivation to get walking and stay walking!

Your Instructor

My name is Jeanettte Harrison, and I am going to be your instructor fo this course. Get Your Walk On is a walking program I designed and used for myself, and I wanted to share it with you. I have a Master of Public Health from the University of Iowa and over 20 years of experience in healthcare and in education. That experience includes being a coach, an educator, and an entrepreneur. It is my pleasure to be your instructor as we all go on this walking journey together!
