A single energy session can offer a beautiful moment of rest and reconnection. A series of sessions allows us to work more gently and consistently with the patterns, emotions, or areas of your life that are asking for deeper support.
Your Three-Session Distance Reiki Journey includes three personalised Reiki and energy sessions, each lasting approximately 30–40 minutes.
This journey may be especially supportive when you are:
Each appointment begins with a brief live check-in by video call or WhatsApp. You can then rest comfortably while I offer the distance Reiki and energy work.
You do not need to remain online during the energy portion of the session. You may lie down, relax, meditate, or sleep while receiving.
Your three sessions can be received online from anywhere in the world.
