A table plan that checks itself

Enter each table's capacity and assign attending guests from the Guests sheet. The Tables sheet calculates how many seats are assigned, how many remain and whether a table is open, full or over capacity.

The Seating Rules sheet adds a second check for the human details. Use Guest IDs to flag people who should remain together or be placed apart, then review any separated pairs, conflicts or unassigned guests before finalizing the plan.

The workbook includes a dedicated Venue Handoff view, and the pack adds printable US Letter and A4 packets for final counts, table planning, meals, dietary needs, accessibility arrangements and day-of changes.
