Rhythm | 60 Minutes | IronScript
Some scripts escalate. This one sustains.
Rhythm is built around a consistent medium-pace foundation that never fully settles. because the moment it settles, it changes. Every two minutes the pattern shifts to something adjacent but different. Full strokes give way to floor-anchored weight. bottom jolts layer in then disappear. Asymmetric timing replaces even strokes. Mid-zone focus pulls the working band toward the center. Bimodal position splits the stroke into two distinct zones. Ceiling holds pause at maximum depth before returning.
None of the changes are jarring. Each one flows from the last, the rhythm carries through while the character underneath it keeps moving. By the time the body has adapted to one pattern the next one has already arrived.
The final five minutes lock into medium-fast full strokes and don't let go. Not a finish...The script ends when the time runs out.
Sixty minutes of the same tempo. Never the same motion
