"Nutcracker" Suite II (Tchaikovsky) - Flute Quartet (4 Flutes)

A selection from Tchaikovsky's famous ballet "The Nutcracker," arranged for flute quartet. This second suite features "Danse Arabe," "Danse Chinoise," "Dance of the Reed Pipes (Mirlitons)," and "Waltz of the Flowers."

The 2nd flute part is mainly written for piccolo, with some passages on flute.

Since the story is set at Christmas, this suite is widely performed throughout Europe during the holiday season (December).
