🌍 7 country presets

Set "country" in site.json to US, MX, CA, GB, ES, AR, or CO. The template automatically adapts:

- Currency formatting (USD, MXN, CAD, GBP, EUR, ARS, COP)

- State/province dropdown for the right region

- ZIP/postcode label and validation pattern

- Free-shipping threshold and shipping costs
