My Daily Questions App: One Day at a Time
One Day at a Time
Designed for clients in recovery or working toward sobriety. The app supports daily reflection as a recovery practice — a brief, private check-in that keeps the client oriented to who they are trying to become, without the pressure of having to account for a whole life at once.
Questions move through five tiers: checking in with today; honest self-appraisal; connection and acts of service; acceptance and letting go; and the contained horizon of the next twenty-four hours.
What Makes it Work
The container of a single day is the whole logic of the app. Nothing is asked of the client beyond today. The fifth tier — the next twenty-four hours — is deliberately bounded: not 'what do I want from my life', but 'what does good enough look like tomorrow?' For clients in early or mid-recovery, this containment is clinically meaningful.
Particularly Useful For
Clients in any stage of recovery from substance use, alcohol, or compulsive behaviours — and particularly those who benefit from daily structure and honest self-reflection as part of their recovery practice.
About the 'My Daily Questions' Series
Each app delivers one reflective question per day to your client, drawn from a bank of twenty questions organised into five clinical tiers. The tiers move gradually from gentle, concrete entry points toward deeper self-exploration — so the questions ask less of your client early on, and more as the relationship with the app develops.
Answers are stored only on your client's device. Nothing is transmitted online. Everything stays private to them.
No app store. No account. No ongoing cost. Your client taps a link once to install it on their phone — it works like any other app, including offline.
