Antique 1940s Metal At Rest Casket Plaque From Funeral Home

Vintage 1940s.  I’m a former Mortician and I obtained this back in the 90s at the funeral home in Silicon Valley I worked & lived at.  Found when we were cleaning up the basement.  These used to be sold to the families to adorn their loved ones casket.  

These don’t come up very often because these were meant to be buried.

Shows signs of wear and age.  Looks creepy cool!

Definitely a conversation piece for your collection or Halloween party.
