SMARTLaunch is a 4-session course (meeting every Monday) that walks the entrepreneur through the maze of planning and launching considerations for each management function ... OWNERSHIP, GENERAL MANAGEMENT, SALES & MARKETING, OPERATIONS, FINANCE/ADMIN.
The instruction and discussion will focus more on the practical steps in execution, and not so much academic theory. Areas of discussion include:
- Value propositions & product development,
- Customer segments & relationships,
- Marketing mix, outreach & sales funnels,
- Distribution channels & strategic relationships,
- Operations planning & resources,
- Costing, expenses, & revenue streams.
- Choice of entity
We'll discuss the internal and the external considerations, topics such as value creation, social media strategies, profitability projections, legal aspects of business, technology and software, choice of entity, and supply chains, AND A WHOLE LOT MORE!!

SMARTLaunch will have Office Hours on Friday mornings for questions and clarification OF THE MATERIAL PRESENTED. SMARTLaunch is delivered live virtually, and access to the full recording will be made available immediately after each session.
