The Recovery Collection: Five Therapeutic Workbooks
Five therapeutic workbooks, written from clinical practice.
Recovery rarely moves in a straight line, and it rarely stays in one lane either. Some days call for structure and a clear plan. Others call for slowing down enough to notice a feeling you have been talking around for years. This collection was built to meet both.
Together these five workbooks cover the ground that tends to matter most: the unsteady early months, emotional awareness, relapse prevention, boundaries and support, and the slower work of rebuilding self-worth. Each one stands alone.
What is included
Radiant Recovery. Twenty-three pages. A four week programme covering the relapse cycle, triggers and what settles them, interrupting the pattern, and shame. Ends with thirty-eight prompt cards to cut out and carry.
Relapse Prevention. Nineteen pages. Six weeks on triggers, coping, problem solving, assertiveness and boundaries, building a support network, and a written plan you can reach for. Includes a list of UK services.
Emotional Awareness. Thirteen pages. The gap between explaining what happened and actually feeling it. Seven common patterns, and a seven step map for closing that gap.
Early Recovery. Twelve pages. The first unsteady months. Noticing an urge without acting on it, telling a genuine repair apart from a well argued case, and why a lapse is not a relapse.
Reclaiming Me. Seventeen pages. Self-concept and conditional worth, worked slowly over three or four sessions. Rebuilding an identity based on honesty and acceptance rather than perfection.
Eighty-four pages in total.
For use between therapy sessions, or by practitioners building their own practice resources. These workbooks support the work done in session. They do not replace it, and they are not a substitute for medical care or crisis support.
