If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
No refunds once the session is booked. Please contact me in advance if you can no longer make your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule once. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
What if I need therapy instead of coaching? Will this suffice?
Please note that this is a coaching service and does not take the place of therapy. This is strictly a coach-client relationship and not a therapist-client relationship. Appropriate referrals and resources can be provided upon request.
