How I use it

I do the survey in the first weeks with a new pupil, then repeat it each term because interests change. For pupils who cannot answer, staff use the observation sheet over a few days and note what the pupil goes to when given a choice. The results feed straight into token boards and reward menus.

Useful for pupil voice in SEN Support plans and EHCP reviews. KS1 to post 16.
